This cabana request form does not guarantee confirmation of a reservation. Cabanas will be reserved on a first come/first serve basis. Cabanas hold up to approximately 30 guests. All guests in the cabana still need to purchase a ticket to the party. Champagne and shots can be pre-purchased or purchased on the night.
