Cancellation & Returns Policy for Harbour Lights Barbados

General Cancellation Policy:
All Bookings: For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or service, no refunds will be provided.
Group Bookings (10 or more guests): A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellations. A 20% cancellation fee will apply to such bookings.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a reserved event without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of any payments made, and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
